What do zodiacal signs, some arbitrary configuration of some stars lined together, have to do with complex entities like “Water Bearer” for example? Where do these zodiacal names come from? And what is the basis of association between the arbitrarily joined stars, the signs and certain human traits?
When you check the astronomical position of the sun, you find it is not really in the sign where a common horoscope would say it is (Sidereal vs. Western Astrology). Why?
Is there logic and natural laws playing in this at all, or is astrology just some empty show to make fools of and get the money of many?
