I work in a female dominated profession. Women and *** men for the most part. I was consulting someone about struggles I’m having concerning “getting ahead” professionally. I felt that issues with other women in the work place, i.e. envy, secretive behaviors, hypersensitivity, competitiveness, cattiness, were a big issue for me. I was informed that this was due to the stressful aspects of my moon. These aspects would make it difficult for me to deal with women both personally and professionally. I was also advised to move into a more male dominated field if I wanted to find success professionally.
Is there anything, other than changing professions to a male dominate field and/or freelancing, that I can do? Any positive insight or advice would be appreciated. This is a real issue for me as the “breadwinner” in my household I have faced several setbacks in my field and even had to change jobs due to issues with other women. Is there possibly somewhere else in my chart I should look for a resolution?
